Packaging was destroyed at some place in transport. Looks like bag was repaired with tape first time then a secondary cut the witdth of bag was still open to see entire goods somehow still "in" bag without simply falling out. I picked the goods straight out of the packaging as it sat in my letterbox the hole was that large.
If there was any paperwork sent, that is now gone.
