How can I place a drop-shipping order?

Below please find the steps you can follow to place a drop-shipping order on Banggood:
A. Select the items you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart;

You can click "Add new shipping address" or "Select other address", and then proceed with the payment of your order with "Check out with PayPal".

You can also place a drop-shipping order in your account as shown here below:

B. If you have several orders and each one has a different shipping address, you can go to "Dropship order center" - "Import orders".

After downloading the sample, you can type the information of your orders and click "Save". Set a title for your sample, choose the file "example" and then click "save".

Please confirm the shipping method, currency, product details and quantity, and then click "insert order".

You can then select the order number, confirm its details, and complete this transaction.

Why did I not receive a tracking code?

You will not receive a tracking code if your order is worth less than 25$ and has been shipped with Standard Shipping. However, you can calculate an estimated delivery date based on our time reference chart.

If you do not receive your parcel within this period of time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why is my order status shown as "Back Order"?

“Back Order” means that some products in your order are currently out of stock and that you might have to wait for their new stock. In this situation, your back order will be split into sub-orders and we will dispatch the available items first.

Product warranty claims

If one or more of the products you received shows quality issues within the warranty period, you can return it to receive a form of compensation. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

Below please find the procedure of our warranties:

      

  1. Take a video or some photos showing the issue occurred with this item and contact us to submit your claim;
  2. We will contact you for more information or give you a response within 24 hours.
  3. If a product is still covered by our warranties, you may have to return it. The responsibility for paying the return shipping fees depends on the actual problem of the item you want to return.

How can I download pictures without a watermark?

Please follow these steps to download the pictures of our products without their watermark:

1. Log in to your Banggood account;

 

 

 

2. Go to the "Dropship Download Center", search the product you want, then click "Export" or "Export Select Catalog";

 

 

 

3. Please uncompress the file "packer" in "packer.zip" after downloading it. You will then be able to see the pictures of our products without any company name or watermark.

What is a pre-order?

"Pre-order" means that you can book one or more units of one products which has still not arrived in our warehouses. We will then inform you by e-mail as soon as we receive its stock.

You can keep track of all your pre-orders by logging in to your Banggood account and going to "View Orders" - "My Preorders". You will then be able to buy a product once it is in stock or to remove it from this list.

Taxas Alfandegárias no Brasil

Toda encomenda enviada ao Brasil pode receber uma taxação ao passar pela Alfândega, independente do produto, tipo de frete escolhido, valor declarado ou tamanho da embalagem. O valor da tributação é definido pela Receita Federal do Brasil, com alíquota única do Imposto de Importação de 60% sob o valor aduaneiro (incluindo valor da mercadoria, frete e seguro, se houver). Taxas extras (como o ICMS) podem ser aplicadas de acordo com o endereço de entrega do destinatário e tipo de frete escolhido.


As taxas alfandegárias não são cobradas no momento da compra no site ou aplicativo da Banggood. Caso ocorram, elas serão cobradas junto com a taxa de Despacho Postal (R$12) pelos Correios ao término do processo alfandegário e precisam ser pagas presencialmente pelo cliente para que a entrega do pedido seja concluída. Se a encomenda permanecer na agência dos Correios aguardando retirada por mais de oito dias, será cobrada pelos Correios uma taxa de armazenagem. Essa taxa será calculada no momento da retirada da mercadoria. O cliente deve acompanhar o rastreamento da encomenda, o qual informará o momento da retirada.


A valoração da mercadoria é prerrogativa da Receita Federal. O cliente poderá solicitar revisão do tributo, mediante apresentação de documentação comprobatória do valor pago pelo produto e preenchimento de formulário na agência. O pedido de revisão é feito na unidade dos Correios. A encomenda e a documentação serão enviados novamente à Receita Federal para análise.


Caso a mercadoria não seja procurada na agência dos Correios ou tenha sua entrega recusada pelo destinatário, ela será devolvida ao remetente (Banggood). O cliente poderá solicitar o reembolso do seu pedido e a Banggood irá descontar do valor a ser reembolsado os custos de frete e uma taxa de 10% do valor total da mercadoria. A cobrança da taxa de 10% será válida apenas para pedidos realizados no site da Banggood a partir do dia 12 de Maio de 2017 (UTC+8).


Lembramos que a Banggood não é responsável pela cobrança e nem pelo reembolso de nenhuma taxa extra referente a processos alfandegários ou de pagamentos como impostos de importação, IOF e taxas administrativas. Ao comprar na Banggood você concorda em ser responsável pelo pagamento de possíveis taxas alfandegárias que possam ser cobradas na chegada do pedido ao seu país de destino.

1. Will Banggood send a bill or any Banggood information to the billing address of my clients?
No, we will not send any bills or company information to your clients. The billing address does not affect the delivery of orders. We will send the products to your clients' shipping addresses. For this reason, please ensure that you type them correctly.


2. How can I make my own address appear as the billing address?
You can set your own address as the primary billing address by following these simple steps: 
1) Log in to your drop-ship account;
2) Click "My account" - "Settings" - "Address Book";
3) Choose your own address and set it as the default one;


After completing this process, your own billing address will appear on parcels rather than your clients' ones.
