Still waiting for delivery after 2 months. Item lost in scanning process somewhere according to Track17. I have been told 2 or 3 time to be patient, as they are trying to locate the parcel. First time I experience this type of service with them. I asked for a refund but get a negative answer as the item has never been delivered.
