You can use PWM or adjust the voltage to lower the torque, which will also drop the revs. It will also slow down when it's loaded, so the speed is not constant or consistent and can't be set accurately.

marc Yes . every 2.5 "external case fits, even though the ssd is not super fast and expensive, there are cheaper ones that are much faster.
