Q: can it fly in windy weather outside? or it fly only indoors?

BG514395238 Yes, it is made for outside, not for indoor, but you can use it indoor very carefully. Outside, in windy weather you need to switch to the 3rd speed (max) and the battery will last aprox. 8 minutes.
