Q: Can this controller regulate car alternator voltage?

heavyd It cannot regulate the voltage at the alternator due to changes in engine speed and load to which it is connected. Maybe with a processor (arduino or something) to be programmed. The controller itself can regulate the voltage from the car battery for a DC motor of a fan.
