Sergey I had the same problem. The contact on my device had exactly such a shot cutting. And there was no good soldering. I fixed it the same way as author done.

Bad solder point between! battery tray and PCB. After resolder all come to OK.

My sample was defective. One of the battery holder's contact has not been soldered. It's good that the device sometimes started, and I was able to fix it. The device has a contrast display. The device conforms to the description. Access to the SIM cards' connector is under the cover over the audio jack and USB connector. There are three connectors under the cover - 2 connectors for SIM card and one connector for the micro USB card.
