TusharB Yes, you can choose the desired os emulator and ROM. You can download ROMS for websites and copy to the SD card.

BG957241165 Thisoffer from the shop was not included WiFi Dongle, Some stores give on the side free. You can buy a USB dongle from electronic shop. I bought one cost $8. and USB typt C to USB A at $2
