This particular version came without any user information and also without the spanner and separate screwdriver shown on the website. The lack of user guidance ii of concern for persons not familiar with electric chainsaws. Electric chainsaws almost always incorporate a two-factor starting feature which greatly reduces the risk of starting the saw with something touching or close to the chain --- this is usually a second switch in series with the trigger and operated by gripping the handle prior to pressing the trigger switch. The tool came without any warnings to remove the battery before carrying-out any lubrication or adjustment to chain tension. This is a serious omission and should be actioned by the supplier.
