Q: Is the female connector (green item) included?

SecretSquirrel Well, worked as expected for about 15 minutes. Running a 40W unit and didn't show any sign of getting warm so not sure why it stopped working. Checked 240V supply lead and that's ok. No light showing on the unit and no output voltage.
Q: what are the dimensions in mm?
