Abadie Paul Hello, it's a 220V, not a 380V May you have chance your engine is a 220-380V ? 380V on "star" configuration and 220v on triangle configuration. If the engine need STAR-TRIANGLE for starting, this device is perfect for progressive starting. Have a nice day. Pol
