Q: What is the recording time when all 8 cameras are operational with 4TB HDD?

Asked by Ashok Kumar P (Paroksha X) on 2018-09-25 03:16:57

Lucas It depends how you configure recording. When all 8 cams are all the time recording probably around minimal 1 week, when you record on motion detected, or time table (example: some of the cameras only at night) it can go weeks or even months.

Lucas These cables are ethernet cables, only different smaller format, with also power provided thrugh the LAN cable (POE= Power Over Ethernet), cables can if broken be replaced by similar LAN cable. So no extra power outlet for each camera needed, very practical system (only centrallised power adaptors).
