Q: What parameters OSD shows? Is it built-in and works from-the-box or need to connect some module to it?

Cocora It has only welded wiring. Blue -vtx from camera & yellow -vrx coming to transmitter, from the box they are interconnected by yellow wire. It is just ready to connect your on-board or independent OSD module. So no parameters will be shown from the box.
