Q: 9000kv is good for 2s/3s battery ? 40mm props ?

Greenhatman yes. i done a 75mm whoop with 40mm 4 blades, 8700kv on 3s. it rips and is quite efficient, motors ice cool after flight with a fairly grunty tune. 2s would also be fine just less power.

Q: Nice, but I wish it were a little smaller, say 450mm wing. Currently it is over the 250g limit and I'm not going through any of that FAA bull just to fly a model airplane, so no go. Petition them to loosen the restriction to 400 grams and I will re-consider..

Greenhatman are you blind? it clearly says 4x motorcycle carb fuel vacuum in the title and says 4x in the description. do your own research.
