Q: Why they show stainless steel in product description, isn't it a tough material to drill into?

alasdairMcC454 There are many grades of stainless steel with different hardness and strength. Two common grades are 304, similar to mild steel, and 316, similar to a grade 8 high tensile bolt.

Q: Hi what are the dimensions of thes Cutters including the fixing whole

alasdairMcC454 For future reference these are 9.85mm on the four sides, 14.45mm across long dimension point to point, 12.25mm across short dimension point to point, the hole is 4.4mm with taper seat, thickness (seated height) is 4mm.

alasdairMcC454 It has a piezo motion sensor that detects movement. After sitting motionless for a few minutes it will switch off.

alasdairMcC454 It has 3000mAh (2x1500mAh) cells fitted in 5S2P configuration, however the cells are unbranded Chinese, so probably only half that capacity in reality.

Q: is it 3d printed or injection molded?

alasdairMcC454 3d printed and very brittle. mine snapped the tabs off on the first installation, without even pushing hard.

alasdairMcC454 That is caused by the mpu chip overheating. I fixed mine by adding a small heatsink and cutting a hole in the back plate for it. Many of these cmos cameras have the same problem that can be fixed the same way. Its just poor design around miniaturisation.

alasdairMcC454 CV indicates constant voltage and the current is not exceeding CC value enough to lower the output voltage from it's set value (regulating voltage). The light is not a warning, it's just indicating stable output voltage. If other powered devices are seeing a voltage drop, that indicates the CC value is too low for the load, remember electric motors draw substantially more current at start up than when free running, so CC value not only needs to exceed this reqirement, but the entire system needs to be capable of delivering this higher load demanded.
