Q: the controller can bind with another drone with frsky recevier?

Lupinix It is a D8 compatible transmitter, so if the receiver supports D8, it will be able to bind with it

Q: can it carry a gopro hero 5? whats the max weight it can carry while still able to fly?

Lupinix The F7 has hardware inversion on all uarts, so they can all be configured to be inverted or non-inverted
