Blank_Disk if it has the standard 2 cable layout or the 5 pin LCD, but you may have alter your firmware to accommodate the screen as all boards rely on the firmware to identify parts plugged in.

Blank_Disk it's not possible, they are connected together permanently and run from the Z stepper so they cannot be controlled individually.

Blank_Disk depends on what you mean by extruder, as in reality, the motor is the extruder this is a hot end with three in one out, which means you would use a remote extruder, as is the motor attached elsewhere.
