Q: what specification of 1)adapter 2)heat sink 3)fan it required. Also pls provide lumens and Kelvin measures.

Janneman27 You don't need any adapter, just connect it straight to AC. It will definitely need a heatsink, but probably not a fan. In other words, this should work fine with passive cooling, as long as the heatsink is big enough. The chip has built-in thermal protection, so if it cuts out after a while, you'll need to increase the heatsink cooling capacity.
