Reply 03/01/2022pavincicm You should use Samsung 40T and output should be much better, I had Shockli in my ft03 xhp50.2 and switched to Samsung 40T, and difference was abnormal, at least 1000 lumens more than with Shockli, I was amased how much brighter it was with 40T.

You`reusing the wrong batteries. Try samsung 40T or molicell 42a.
The difference is huge.
CaptnKnuspa Thanksfor the recommendations for batteries. Now I use samsung 40T (and also replaced the driver FET with a lower RDSon type) but still I'm not 100% happy with it. I can't measure the lumens, but I think I don't get even close to the 9300 lumens.

@CaptnKnuspa Thisled has low efficiency and requires 50A at 3,5V and 14AWG wiring in order to reach 9000Lm , there is no single Li-Ion battery that can provide 50A and maintain output voltage >3V.
The best solution is only Samsung 30T for a few minutes.
BG223754483 i think theres a problem on your unit sir...
Reply 02/04/2022BG253391345 40Twhile brighter, it heats up way faster. This has a good flood/throw with ShockLi already.
