I've installed one of these on my 100+ year old bench lathe. The harmonic noises it generates are much quieter then with my 30 year old drive. (that died b.t.w.) It also doesn't have one of those noise little fans. And that's a big plus for me. Unfortunately I haven't figured out how to configure vector control. The Banggood website does list this feature, but I'm starting to think it might not be possible. The English user manual is no more then an A3 size piece of paper. But it's well written.
