I received it in perfect condition, but I can't get it off the ground, can you help me?

BG114865413 to sync the controller throttle all the way up , then down. you’ll hear a beep. then start the motors by both sticks down and outward , hold that position while the motors get going and then ease up on the throttle to lift off. make sure the mode switch is in vtol and don’t hit it until you got altitude
