In the package arrived there was only the lamp without batteries. The instructions are written in very small print and I could read with great difficulty. A slightly larger font would have made it much easier for me to read and a sheet at least twice the size would not have increased the weight of the package. The voltage of the batteries has not been indicated so I don't know how and where to buy them and I know that electricity is measured in Volts, Amps and Watts. Just indicate a number that is of no use to me if I don't have at least the voltage needed to make this product work. I am really disappointed and embittered because I have severe vision problems and I wanted to be able to go out in the evening without problems with this lamp. I would like to be able to return this lamp which is useless for me and I am sorry for this misunderstanding that happened to your loyal customer.
