I use it to control my interphone / door entrance. one relay connects the "speak" button, the other one the "open door / light" button. It gets power from the interphone PCBoard which is ~12V DC and closes/opens the relays on two 220V circuits of low amperage (I suppose). I used the NO (normally open) connections, which close for a short time when I press the button on my remote, thus simulating me pressing a button on the interphone itself. Range is enough to go through 2 stories on a brick and concrete building. Good quality and functionality in my opinion.
