For what this car costs it's quite good, if you're buying this and expecting a top notch crawler then you need a reality check it's not a £500 crawler but it's not trying to be that. The looks and scale detail is pretty good, unfortunately mine arrived with a rear side window missing but that doesn't effect the drive of it, yes it's fully proportional which at the price is outstanding, the battery is a 7.4v li-ion 500mah with an SM plug and a balance lead so if you want to use an IMAX B6 you'll need a SM lead. I like the fact that the battery goes under the bonnet and there's even a fake engine cover there too. Other than upgrading the axles, I'd say the best upgrade would be a better esc but that said an esc could cost more than the car so it depends what you are after, why an upgrade esc it might give you better low speed control as it can be all or nothing, but all in all it's a bargain.
