Be sure to disassemble your motor mounting block and clean out the passages for the water cooling. Very rough and full of debris. My servo mounting block came with a cracked boss for the mounting screw due to over tightening at the factory. Its a good boat but it comes not ready to run. Loose screws all over. Flex shaft needs proper grease.. Just go over the boat and it will be good to go
