Decided to purchase as my old wooden SK-Daddle boat with a Veco.19 motor I built with my grandfather rotted away. This boat is very fast and impressive. Tracks well. My only issue is the wide turning radius with the offset rudder. Not so bad in a large lake or pond but a smaller turn radius is better for smaller venues. I liked the instantaneous response with the SK-Daddle boat as the rudder was behind the prop. I will see if I can get a little more control throw mechanically as it wasn't achievable by setting the throw at the radio transmitter. The servo stalled and didn't turn the rudder further. Oh, I didn't push the motor very hard and the motor compartment was relatively cool when I opened it up after the run. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
