Arrive about 50% charge, that is good thing. Every cell are max 0.05V difference of charge. Very robust construction and well made. Only negative thing i found is inside the battery. There is nothing insulation between the top cover and battery terminal, there is possibility in short circuit if case get some hit. Five star if capacity are what promised, not tested yet.
