Long time for shipping inside Europe via EU Priority Mail (25 days instead of 7 days as advertising). Slight bent on the side fin, but function was not affected. Tested and surprise: minimum output voltage cannot be less than input voltage, maximum voltage is 98V dc (this is my unit, maybe is something different from others). Attached some pics to prove input/output voltage.
