All arrived fine and work. Seems to draw closer to 1A at 12v so closer to 12W than 10W. They get warm quick without a heat sink, so you’ll want a decent heat sink even if you want to test them. I was able to use a 20mm long x 3mm thick piece of aluminium U channel without it getting too hot. but for proper running and longevity you’d want more.
