Excellent device for the money.

The monitor was well packaged and seemed to be in great shape. After I charged up the battery, I bound it to my fpv transmitter installed on my xk x380; worked great. Next I bound it to my Walkera Runner 250 Advance; worked instantly. I was impressed. So, that aside, the, "e" in the, "Eachine" logo was missing. Real minor.

The DVR requires a software update so that it will remember any changes to the resolution VGA, D1, HD. There is a slight patterning on the screen from the DVR caused by where the manufacturers choose to take the 5v supply from, but this is easily rectified. At this price point its got to be the bargain of the year.

Like the monitor, a bit on the heavy side. Was able to attach to my Flysky FS-i6s, will work perfect for that controller. only negative I see was that I had to take it apart as the battery connector on the monitor had fallen inside the back panel. Easy fix. Color and sharpness better than I hoped for.

I am quite pleased with the quality of the video screen and receiver. The DVR does cause a bit of latency in the video produced when flying FPV. Not a problem at slower speeds, but I would imagine it could be difficult to react at higher speeds. The battery was a bit of a challenge to install, but no tools or manipulation were necessary. I used my own experimental dipole antenna on it, and it performed flawlessly. I may have encouraged others to purchase this item as well. Thanks for a great product!!

I bought this screen for $50 during a sale. Although it was worth every penny, "you get what you pay for." This is a secondary screen I use for spectators to watch, and also for DVR recording. DVR quality is good and fairly easy to use once you've done it a couple of times. The ability to playback footage and be able to fast forward/rewind is awesome. I used it to locate a downed quad. Occasionally the screen will go white for no apparent reason (maybe loss of signal?) and the only way to recover the image is to power off/on the screen. The MAJOR downside of this screen is the lack of an identifier for band/channel. You have to use a button to scroll through all 40 channels in order to find the one you need. It's possible to select the wrong channel (one that is close enough in frequency to the one you want) which would make for some pretty poor DVR footage, however, I have not run into this issue. For the price, this is a SUPERB product and I would highly recommend it to anyone, but not for primary use as the "white screen" issue could be a recipe for disaster. The product page says the firmware can be updated, but through all of my googling, I have found no way to update the firmware or any updated firmware files.
