Disappointing.Doesn't work on my phone, and only works on my computer with both an HDMI cable and a full function usb C cable (The hdmi carries the image, the usb c carries the touch functionality). Looks like I'll need to find a phone that it works with to be able to make much use of it.

A better quality device overall than is usually found in these cheaper units, but still not up to scratch. The RF detection and auto tuning seems to work quite well (although adjusting the sensitivity can be difficult) but the magnetic detector does not work at all (it just SQUEALS at me, regardless of how it is adjusted and whether the detector attachment is plugged in or not); fortunately this function is not as important as the RF. The unit is externally robust and looks professional. With some practice and experience it should prove to be effective and useful. A pity about the magnetic sensor -others have reported the same issue.

This item is useless. The tool has a spindle which is bent in two places -it binds and seizes in the shaft as you try to turn it. The lock is so poorly made that it is even difficult to open with the key; absolutely useless for learning on.

Works as advertised. Could maybe have a more powerful light but it certainly does kill insects when they find it.

Not a bad phone, esp for the price, but it is not even listed as available, let alone supported, on lenovo's websites in Australia /America or Europe. And as the ZUI interface is pretty buggy, that is an issue (in Settings, wallpaper can't be changed -keeps crashing-, data use can't be seen -goes to a china only page-, the ?google? news page -swipe left from home- is in Chinese and can't be changed, there is no launcher to show installed apps,... ), and it has not received a security (or other) update since new: security is Feb 2018. On the plus side, it has a nice display which looks really nice and feels good (though could be better in bright light): I believe a review said it was gorilla glass, it has a pretty good camera (though could be better in low light conditions), it is quite fast and responds quickly, it charges quickly (about 10% every 10 mins) and lasts two days if not too much is being used constantly. WiFi works well, phone feels solid, fingerprint unlock is fast. Also, no ones published a way to root it yet -it is securely locked down -but that's a plus for some and a minus for others. Overall, I do like it, I just wish I could change the operating system (ZUI, not android).

Seems to be a well built and well specc'd system. Very good screen and quite responsive overall. Both operating systems work well, though the Android system is now unsupported (so no security updates). I'm not sure why Teclast did this but I for one would have paid more for a supported version of Android.

I have owned a couple of these devices (kI and II) and was quite happy with them, so the hardware upgrades on the KIII were most welcome. What MECOOL have done with the software interface, however, has left me looking for a new ROM to flash this device with. Even Googles Playstore has been customised so that it only shows you what MEECOOL want you to see, and if you do manage to find an app through the web browser, it often reports that it is not compatible with this device. Also, as with previous versions, the DVBT software is still not able to show what is screening unless it is tuned to that particular channel; very disappointing -can't some of that extra memory be utilised to store that info?

Works well and has many functions I didn't know about. The one drawback is the battery life ...it will sometimes do UP TO 10 hours (as the ad states), but 8 hours is more frequently what I get out of it, even on minimum volume. That said, I am still very happy with this product.

I was singularly unimpressed with these headphones. Apart from their klunky feel and the way they rattle when you open them out or shake them, they are also surprisingly tight on the head. I have a small (56cm) head and they are even uncomfortably tight on me. As for performance, apart from the fact that the volume controlls don't work (both + and - just center the volume), the sound quality is actually not bad. Possibly even quite good ...I didn't bother checking them out with a range of music styles as, for me, they are unusable. I gave them away to a friend.
