I think it is more like 1000 lm instead 2000 but it is definetly bright enouhg for everything outdoor :) Rubber USB protectors falls off everytime so battery package can be water NOT resistant. But I did not used it when it rained so I cannot be sure.

Wow!! What a great head torch!! Best I've ever had! Great light and penetration. Love the adjustable beam and good quality headband and tilting function. I was worried that it might be too heavy, but it isn't a problem. It really does need the 3 18650 batteries, as it draws quite a few watts. Carry spares if you're going away from home with it. Awesome unit. Highly recommended.
