I received an undamaged package and after unpacking it, I found that the 230V adapter plug is bent in such a way that it cannot be inserted into the socket. I do not want to straighten it because I am afraid of damaging it. I request a remedy by sending a new charger.

Q: When i press Page Up Zoom or Page Zoom Down - there 1x or 2x or 3x or 4x appears on the screen but the magnification is the same. What those buttons are for? What do I wrong? I can reach magnification 12x only.. There is no user´s guide only a short leaflet.

Vše došlo v pořádku, ale je k tomu minimum informací. Není jasné, zda je možné nabíjet a současně mít zařízení zapnuté. Kdy, zda a jak je-signalizováno, že je zařízení nabité. Není jasné jak dlouho má UV záření svítit, svítí cca 1 min. po zaregistrování pohybu člověka a po opuštění prostoru. Přiložená lepicí páska na obklady sice lepí, ale po nějakém čase zavěšení sklouzává, proto je vhodné závěs přišroubovat nejen na omítnutou zeď, ale i na obklady. Dávkovač zubní pasty funguje dobře, ale ještě jsem nedošel až do úplného vyprázdnění tuby. Tuba v dávkovači a zavěšený kartáček s pohonnou jednotkou zaberou na výšku dost místa a je potřeba s tím počítat. Jestli solárko nabíjí nebo nemohu posoudit, protože v mojí koupelně není denní světlo. Everything went well, but there is a minimum of information available. Koupil jsem si tento mikroskop, protože sliboval plynulé zvětšení od 0x do 1200x, ale i přes reklamaci jsem z mikroskopu nedostal větší zvětšení než 125x. Nasvícení je možné jen z vrchu, ze spodu to není možné. stojánek není příliš pevný, takže při manipulaci s tlačítky se vše chvěje a je problém udržet zaměření na požadované místo. Potvrdil jsem si jen, že se nelze spoléhat na uváděné parametry jako u mnoha výrobků zde uváděných jsou přehnané. I bought this microscope because it promised smooth magnification from 0x to 1200x, but even after returning it, I couldn’t get more than 125x magnification. The lighting is only possible from the top, not from the bottom. The stand is not very sturdy, so everything shakes when manipulating the buttons, and it is difficult to keep the focus on the desired spot. I only confirmed that the parameters listed, as with many products here, are exaggerated.

Zdá se to kvalitní měřidlo. Vhodné pro rychlé odečtení, zejména hodnoty za desetinou čárkou. Dobré je i přepínání mezi metrickým a britským systémem. Dobré je i pouzdro pro odložení měřidla.
