We will replace the damaged parts for you free of charge. You can apply for a return and refund within seven days of receipt. ②We will provide you with online maintenance instruction videos. ③If the scooter is man-made damaged, we will guide you through the maintenance video to repair it and provide ways to purchase parts. In addition, it takes about 45-60 days to ship to the Czech Republic.
