elcomas You can flash device with "TASMOTA" firmware and it will comunicate with all devices, that ate useing MQTT or HTTP protocols. To comunicate via MQTT protocol You will need MQTT brocker (PC, Raspberry PI, cloud brocker e. t. c. ).

elcomas As a standalone plug it can operate without Internet because item has on-off button on it. Althow if You want useing application Internet is mandatory.

elcomas No, if You want to run it on 220 volts You should provide additional power supply for 12 Volt at about 2 Ampers. In the other hand relays can operate on 220 volts.
