I bought two of these to add to my outdoors Pocket FAK's as I work with axes and saws, often with guests and friends less experienced. They do not replace a full size CAT im my opinion and I have une in my Group FAK, but these are great for the pocket kits. I would recommend use by trained personnel only as you can do a lot of harm wit a TQ if used when not needed or if use incorrectly. But then as a former medic I would say everyone should have training in first aid at least as standard. I digress. These are small enough to be added to a pocket kit and work well enough if used correctly. Construction is robust and holds up under extreme tension, "I have tested almost to destruction", and the materials used are good quality too. Learn how to apply them correctly with the clip/windlass though. Thank you Banggood for another great product at a fantastic price.

This item is well made. The included instruction card is only in Chinese, would be good if it was available in a few other languages.

i advise to train with. very effective. do NOT forget to write time of setting up directly on forehead of victim to the attention of EMS and NEVER remove without the presence of a physican

Haven't had a "live test" on this, thankfully, but have bound up my arm and it seems to do the trick--easy to use one-handed.
