Product has a nice design and overall quite pleased except I Ordered 2 of them on one does not work properly. the input voltage is 12 volt and output is 7.4 volts while the other once functions perfectly (12v in and 12v out) BangGood customer service is worthless in solving issues as you need to prove that something is broke with video footage, pictures of product and pictures of shipping packaging and product. The process of getting anything replaced is a pain in the ass and honestly not worth dealing with. I would recommend buying 2 of them as you might be lucky enough to get one that works.
