Q: Specification says input voltage minimum is 6V. Might it work with 5V input? I need smallest option of converting 5V (usb) to 12V with about 500mA. If this model wont do that can you suggest an alternative? Regards AC

Works very well with Betaflight 3.2.0 and up. I also used a GPS and it works fine on UART 3. Frsky s.bus receiver works fine with Betaflight straight away connected to UART 6rx like instructions say.. Notes for iNav. This only works with iNav above 1.7.4 (which no longer exists), so you have to use 1.8.0 and above. The iNav firmware does NOT invert the s.bus signal. To use Frsky receivers you must do the inversion hack or build an external hardware inverter. See this site to know how to connect to the correct pin on the Frsky Rx to get un-inverted s.bus signal that does wort on UART 6 rx on this flight controller. https://oscarliang.com/uninverted-sbus-smart-port-frsky-receivers/

gryzli133 Yes, you should use 6S version, with low KV motor, then it will work with 5S, but will be about 20% slower than with 6S. But will also consume less amps ;)

It is good product, but when you lost powersupply it takes ca. 1s until you get backup power - it means that sometimes Raspberry Pi die at this moment. I solve it using super capacitor 5.5V 1F. Just connect it to USB output. Since I connect the SuperCap it work perfectly! :)

I own lots of mini quads (KingKong 90GT, FlyEgg, Rodeo 110, custom builds etc...) but I have to say, Leader 120 is one of the best (if not THE best) mini racer I've seen. The handling is superb, it flies great. Nearly 6 mins of flight time with 2S 850mAh Lipos. Did not try 3S yet but even with 2S this one has plenty of power - while it is ultra quiet. Did not experience any FOD (flip of death) yet which was seen with the previous versions. This is the newer version, however, with stronger 20A ESCs. Mods you should do: - Replace the original cam with a Runcam Micro. The original cam is crap. - Flash Betaflight 3.2.+ and use dynamic filters. Already did that flies great!!! - Add some cool LED strip :-) Printable antenna mount (for FrSky XM+ and other receivers): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2613475 See attached wiring diagram to know where to solder your receiver, cam, LED strip etc.

Works great for the bigger molex connectors. For the small dupont I still prefer the PE09, because the small pins are deformed by this tool, and they are not crimped small enough to fit nice in the connector
