Light from this bulb is really good! Inside is a converter which is filtered - so no 100 Hz flicker, just smoothly light. Color temperature is about 2700K so it looks very similar as standard wolfram bulb and this 8W bulb shine as 60W or 75W standard bulb. But just converter produces some noise little hi-freq and little "hum" but no so loud - when You ar 1 or 2 meters from bulb You already hear anything. I install this bulbs in corridors and the little noise don't hear :). But for example in living room is may be not best choice.

Packaging was good, arrived undamaged. Bulbs are precisely described and the bulb itself is glass(I somehow tought it will be hard plastic). When turned on outer shell does not get hot, it is barely warm, you can easily grab it - safe and efficient! It produces very similar amount of light to my 42 watt Osram Halogen bulbs, but a touch warmer color, appears to be aruond 800lumen. Produces interesting pattern on the ceiling if used without shade. Very happy with them for now. Using two bulbs for a month now, will see if they last.

Very bright and very nice look! 3 bulbs is enough to lighten a room. 2 cold white bulbs and 1 warm white bulb is the best combination to get natural light! Will buy more!

I bought 10 from the 8W , worm white bulb version. On 230V, 50Hz - no flickers, absolutely silent. No any sign and scripts on them, but the filament sticks are 8, so I consider them as "8W". The measurements with my powermeter shows that 9 of them are consuming 5.5 W, the last one 5.6 W. Any way i use them in the bedrooms in pairs and the light is much brighter than the old 100W wolfram bulb. I consider to buy again some of them.

Не мерцает, ибо нормальный драйвер, в работе чуть тёплая (то ли кпд столь высок, то ли хитрое, непонятное мне охлаждение), выглядит как лампочка [s]Ильича[/s] Эдисона. Зачем-то пробовал запустить от аккумулятора электровелосипеда 48В - работает, но импульсно.

The warm white is good light work perfect, but I hear the noise and this is not good if you like to read a book. So I can use this LED only for the basement :(

no other quality issues except the real watt is about 5w at 120V ac. I use it to replace 60w traditional lamp for great energy saving with no less brightness.
