Best for monitoring heart rate, calories burn and sleep quality. Blood pressure setting need to calibrate with traditional Wrist blood pressure monitor first. After that, when ever you take blood pressure reading with the watch, mine just show plus or minus 5 point randomly. I think the watch blood pressure monitoring technology cannot give quality result like the Wrist BP monitor. You will need to download the app name "H Band" to configure the time setting, BP calibration and others. But the app is not stable or accurate enough to track the exercise/run activity. Other than that it is good.
