The product is well packaged and is a definite "must" to replace the inaccurate mitre gauges supplied with the overwhelming majority of table saws. The mitre gauge is a substantial and visually pleasing piece of kit, and it's preset markings are accurate and extremely useful and it it easy to set an extremely accurate angle. The brass handles give the gauge an enhanced feeling of quality which is far above what would usually be expected from equipment at this price. The gauge was extremely accurate on my table saw straight out of the box, and the adjustments are easy and straightforward. The fence complements the gauge nicely, fits well and the box joint jig it contains is an extremely useful addition that greatly expands the use of the fence. A quick note it is necessary to remove the box joint moving parts to use the fence as a stand alone fence, and this is not a hardship as it is only a matter of removing too screws. I wholeheartedly recommend this miter gauge and the optional fence has good instructions and is cheaper when purchased as a package with the miter gauge.
