The Chainsaw arrived in good time and was undamaged. The Saw comes with the Chain and the Chain Guide unattached. It is very easy to asemble. The instructions are in picture form and easy to follow. The Saw has no Oil Tank so a tin of WD40 is worth having when you use it, just a quick spray every few minutes will keep the saw running freely. The Batteries took about 2 hrs each to charge. I cut a large tub of fire wood which will last around 3 evenings. I did this on 1 battery, I didn't get any voltage lag. All in all it seems like a good tool that will be very useful as long as it is not over stressed....
