Delivery is fast enough. Made some tests. Works as QC 3.0 describes. At 2.3 A current show 4.9 Volts. When current 2.4A - switch off under protection. When power consumsion more then 12 Watt it overheated and switch off under protection. Need radiator for cool desipation. Not bad, but not as described... Can recomend with some remarks...

Super nice charging module. Great value for money. Delivery took a bit longer, but stil made it al the way to South-Africa. Going to be using it for a backup/emergency power supply with 24 salvaged 18650's.
