Q: according to the panel size, the actual watt probably on 20 watt top. only 1/10 of the claim

BG150194156 From the Product Specifications: Max output current is 1000mA = 1 Amp Max Output Voltage is 20.8 Volts Therefore, Max Power for this “200W” solar panel is approximately 20 Watts!! NOT 200 Watts. Notice that they did not claim 200 Watts anywhere! “200W” in their mind is not a deceptive claim! How misleading and deceptive!! Bottomline: This is at best a 20 Watt flexible solar panel likely bundled with a low cost PWM solar charge controller. The more expensive (better) MPPT charge controller is sold separately.
