So we need 100W ÷ 0.9 ÷ 0.9 = 123.5 Watts. You want to use input voltage of 12V, so that means you need 10.28 Amps input. The maximum current of this module is lower than 10A, so the answer is NO. Also, for audio you need higher current for music leaks, so when using a boost module you also need to add large storage capacitors (e.g. 10,000 uF) to provide that peak current.
