I hooked it up to 12V and it displayed the correct temperature. I made a mistake in thinking it had a jumper for Fahrenheit display, but I was wrong. This unit only displays Celsius. Guess it's a good time to learn it.

I have used quite a few of these switches on LED projects. This is my second order. They work very good, don't take up much space, and I have not had any failures.

Easy to wire up. Works great. I am using it to light up a 12v sign in my front yard. Very good quality, heavy gauge metal bracket, with good plating. Well built, easy to take apart to get to the wiring if the need arises.

Good lights, work OK. All of the strings of lights I buy from here have different current draws when hooked up to a power supply. They do not even come close to the specified wattage. Mine average 10.8 to 13.9 Watts per 5M. They draw 900mA-1.06A. The tape is of poor quality. When the back of the string is shown, you see a "M" making you think 3M, it is not. I use carpet tape under my installations and they stick extremely well. Hope this helps.

These power supplies look very good. I don't know what methods they use to make specifications. All of the units I have purchased are not even close to 2A @ 120V. Mine are putting out 500-560mA max. They are good for small projects, but not for a full 5M string. They will light a 5M string but not too bright. I still buy them when it's a good sale.

Good looking indicator lights. They come with o-ring seals. Tested the red and green lights I ordered and they all lit up. I have not put any of them in service to evaluate them further.

I am not sure how these were manufactured but they couldn't put a sharp edge on them if they tried. The flutes were non existent, mostly rolled over from some type of grinding. The only cutting edge was the burr left behind. I did get about 2 out of 10 that would cut plastic and wood. I didn't expect much for the price, so I wasn't really disappointed. Most of the time you get what you pay for.
