I ordered two of these units and both worked fine apart from random triggering of the relays which could be a problem on a door etc. I managed to cure the problem by fitting some filtering on power supply i.e. a ferrite core on the low voltage cable to the unit and a small capacitor across the low voltage terminal on the board, 22uf seems to work ok, had no problems since, so it seems to be mains born interference.
