This power supply works really well but there is one thing wrong on its description, it did not supports shortcircuits, I learned it the hard way, by mistake there was a short circuit on the circuit I was testing and now the power supply do not regulates either the voltage nor the current, be careful.

bmirkov3 Change output transistor D1047(2SD1047) and all run fine again.

CodfishCatfish Check 5w 0.47 ohm current sense resistor. This will die if you short circuit at 3amp. Upgrade to 10w 0.47ohm to keep with design but better withstanding short circuit.
