- Nice but unreliable for high heart rate - While the visual design, ergonomic design and exterior finish are great, functionality lacks. - Heart rate measurement fails above 120 Bps - within seconds after reaching over ca 120 Bps it drops to HALF of the actual heart rate. It does not matter how the band is placed on the arm, tight or loose, up or down, left or right arm. It does help a tiny bit if you put the sensor on a fingertip and hold it - then it fails above ca 135 Bps. As such it is unusable for exercise heart rate monitoring. (The failure looks like a school example of under-sampling - heart rate is not measured fast enough so it detects every second beat.) It does perform excellently for heart rates below 120 Bps though. - I find it very good as a sleep monitor because it is ergonomically curved, small and light. - The pedometer is like for all other inexpensive bands - very imprecise. It can be off anything from 10% to 150%, usually around 100% off (it measures twice the actual steps). - With the pedometer counting wrong, the distance and calorie calculation will be wrong too. - Sedentary reminder works fine. - Did not test other functions (not interested). - Bluetooth connection works fine (as for any Bluetooth device make sure there is nothing in between the device and the phone - like your body - keep the phone in a front pocket, for example). - The app "Wear Fit 2.0" works fine but could be improved. For example, normal/abnormal heart rate threshold should be a settable value - not everybody has 60 Bps as "normal" heart rate. Exporting the data in CSV format would come handy to analyze it in some other application. >>> So, if you need a sleep monitor go for it. :)
