seeMEnude I run mine with on 3s but you have to be careful. Make sure it that esc doesn’t get to hot. It can and will catch fire. So my advice would be to1. start out on 2s just to see if you have stud or a dud ( these things are not very reliably consistent). 2. Make sure you’re getting plenty of cool air to the esc. 3. If and when you decide to jump up to 3s, give the car time to cool don’t just M

seeMEnude So I’m gonna partially agree with Gugman. Technically it’s not intended for the SG 1603, but I don’t necessarily care what they intended. Customizing RC cars by using whatever parts I choose and fabricating custom brackets, mounts, etc. is one of my favorite things. Don’t let them put you in a box. But yea, no. This guy is right it. It won’t just fit. So if you just want to plug and play this upgrade is wrong

seeMEnude It should work. However the cars body might not fit with the esc. If not, you could either relocate the esc or purchase a different body
